2ndWave Software Acquires SDC Solutions,
Continuing Growth of Amcom Software

MINNEAPOLIS, MN – February 2, 2009 – 2ndWave Software announced today it has acquired SDC Solutions, a top provider of communications software, adding it to the industry-leading suites of solutions available from Amcom Software. The deal is 2ndWave’s fifth acquisition in two years. Along with their original purchase of Amcom Software and the successful additions of Xtend Communications, the Telident E911 product line and wireless connectivity experts, Commtech Wireless, this acquisition will continue to build on 2ndWave’s strategy of creating the market leader in mission-critical communications software.
