MINNEAPOLIS, MN – September 30, 2008 – 2ndWave Software announced today it has acquired CommtechWireless, adding it to the industry-leading suites of solutions available from Amcom Software. The deal is 2ndWave’s fourth acquisition in less than two years. Along with their original purchase of Amcom Software, and the successful additions of XTEND Communications and the Telident E911 product line, this acquisition will continue to fuel 2ndWave’s strategy of creating the market leader in mission-critical communications software.
