Parent Company’s Third Acquisition In 10 Months Adds To Market Growth and Technology Leadership
MINNEAPOLIS, MN – January 21, 2008 – 2ndWave Software announced today it has acquired the Telident 911 Solutions product line of Teltronics, Inc, adding it to the industry-leading suite of solutions available from Amcom Software. The deal is 2ndWave’s third acquisition in 10 months. Along with their original purchase of Amcom and the recently announced acquisition of XTEND Communications, the Telident product line will continue to fuel the parent company’s strategy of creating the market leader in mission critical communications software.
